At least one of your spark plugs is either fading or completely drained. You will need to change your spark plugs.

Ensure that there is fuel in the fuel tank and oil in the oil tank. If it is a 2-stroke motor ensure that oil is mixed in the proper ratio. Make sure the fuel line is connected and that the system is holding pressure. Check to see if the spark plug leads are connected and the spark plugs are clean.
