Always check to see if you need to replace the battery. Secondly check to see if you need new spark plugs. Spark plugs wear out all the time and they are not that expensive to replace, though service might ring up some more money.Make sure to check the fuse box, as with most electrical issues are from blown fuses.

Change battery, get the switch checked There might be some wiring problem may be engine is weak as when the engine gets old it gets harder and harder to start.

You may want to check the fuel pressure regulator. I would check to make sure the regulator does not have a leak. Some regulators especially on GM vehicles fail all the time. With the engine running pull of the vacuum hose, if you see a squirt out of the regulator, then you know there is a leak.
