If it is a spider that is not considered deadly to humans then all you need to do is give it a few days to go away.

If you know that it wasn't a poisonous spider then just wrap your foot up and keep it clean. Put ice on the toe to keep the swelling down since most spider bites will swell up. If you don't know what spider bit your or if it's really bad then you should go see your doctor.

If the toe turns purple or black you need to go to the emergency room, you could lose the toe. Otherwise you will be fine.

Most spiders are not poisonous so don't freak out. Clean the bite, put some cortisone cream on it, consider taking benedryl, and keep an eye on it. If the bite continues to get larger, puss starts to come out of it, or it turns black visit the emergency room.
