The Chief Executive Office is in charge of the company and is responsible for overseeing every aspect of it. The CEO has other professionals in key positions who manage specific areas and report to the CEO.

The CEO has many responsibilities that are structured around finance, marketing, operations, HR and strategy. The main function of the CEO is to make sure all functions of the business are operating according to the strategy and that everything is in accordance to the bottom line.

Everything basicly. The CEO essentially runs the company. They run marketing, create buisiness strategies, hire and fire employees, oversee sales and make sure the company complies with safety regulations, and budget and financing. All the CEOs responsibility.

They pretty much run the compant they have to take everything the board of directors tell them and put it into a plan of action for the company.
