You need to see your doctor. Usually ringworm requires a special medication you can only get from your doctor, and it usually takes a little while to go away. Don't trust any other medications.

You have several options when it comes to treatment for ringworm depending on the type. Lamisil, Lotrimin, and Tinactin are all over the counter medication you can use. If it effects the nails some oral medication may be required such as oral Lamisil or Griseofulfin which can be prescribed by your doctor

Ringworm, a type of skin lesion that causes redness and itching can be treated with various types of medications such as Allylamines (cream pill or gel) such as Lamisil; Azoles such as Diflucan; Griseofulvin (in prescription pill form); and common athletes foot remedies such as Tinactin. In my own advice try Emu oil.

Since ringworm is a fungal infection (not a worm), most people find that a good over-the-counter anti-fungal agent will help, such as one might use for athlete's foot.

If you are referring to the ringworm that you can get in the soles of your feet than the best known relief and remover for that would have to be Lysol. Just spray the bottom of your foot with a thin layer of Lysol. It will provide relief and it will also kill off the ringworm.
