What kinds of things can I do to feel calm?

Stress is ruining my life. I can't think straight and I'm always a mess.

Well the best way would be to try and eliminate the things that are causing you the stress. It might seem impossible but make a list of the things that are you are worried about. Once you have the list try you best to start getting rid of things on your list.

Pray or meditate, read a book or magazine, take a quick nap. Do a hobby that is relaxing to you like knitting, sewing, or handcraft. These will help you be calm, but it won't take care of the stress or problem. You're better off solving the problem to get rid of the stress.

A nice bath with bubbles and maybe some ocean sounds and candlelight will make you feel relaxed and calm and may relieve some of the stress in your life.You may also try aromatherapy.

There ar several ways to make yourself feel calm, but the best way to relax is to learn out breath properly.
