Most tobacco used in US tobacco industry is grown in Peurto Rico. But Copenhagen, like most, use mny different blends of tobacco. Depends on what is available and what is being made. Cut of tobacco has more to do with flavor then where its from. US actually grows small amounts of tobacco, a lot is grown in south america too.

The processing facility is in Hopkinsville KY, and their website claims they use "only the finest dark fired and dark air cured tobacco from local farmers".
