Every Nascar team runs different suspension setups depending on track, driver preference, etc. Nascar rules have reduced the different variables that can be changed in the last few years, such as shock rebound. The things you hear on TV that can be changed include coil binding, sway bar adjustments, tire pressures, etc.

The suspension typically found in NASCARs are "race only" applications that provide for an infinite number of tuning setups. These suspension components are typically made from high strength, light weight materials that meet the NASCARs guidelines.

Being the least complicated motor-sport the suspension is similarly simple. The front use something similar to a normal car with a-arm setup and a coil over a nitrogen shock. The rear utilizes a truck arm style setup also using coil springs. This suspension setup allows for a lot of adjustability.

You will definately need a fine tuned sports suspension. Built to last long and run strong. Be sure to replace all bushings.
