What kind of store would sell styrofoam cones?

Any craft store such as Michael's or Ben Franklin Crafts will have styrofoam cones in stock. If your local Wal-Mart has a crafts section, they might carry the cones as well. You can also order supplies from craft sites on the internet.

You can find styrofoam cones at any craft store for example JoAnn fabrics would have them and so would Micheals craft store.
