If you are that interested, go to your public libary and find a cookbook that deals with Morrocan or Indian or Middle Eastern dishes. Here are few to lookup: Onion-Raisin Confit, Spinach and Lentils, Vegetable Dal (an Indian dish, yum! ), Kobi Nu Shaak (Indian Spicy Cabbage). Be careful with this spice, do not let it get into your eyes!
