Smith & Hawken is a manufacturer of high-end outdoor furniture, gardening tools and decor. Target acquired the Smith & Hawken brand from Scotts, thelawn care company, and now sells it exclusively. Originally, Smith & Hawken had their own stores, but in 2009 they closed their storefronts. The company was founded in 1979.

They make outdoor living products such as tents and fish nets and what not. They've actually been in business for a very long time since 1979. As such this is about 40 years.
