Fuchsias can be in early morning sun or total bright shade. They will bloom well in both. They cannot tolerate direct sun or late afternoon sun. Fuchsias in cooler, humid temperatures can tolerate any sun exposure. Fuchsias do best when watered daily with a blooming fertilizer during the hot weather.

Fuschia plants need low light and lots of water. Hot direct sunlight will cause the plant to wilt even with proper watering.

Any plant that has bright blossoms will need as much sun as it can possibl get and morning sun is always better for them than in the afternoon or evening.

Fuschias can take direct sun, but then will need diligent watering. Unless you can guarantee this, you are better with a location that gets morning sun only or partial sun.
