Verizon is a massive company, they have everything from a CEO to technicians, telephone support staff, product testers etc. It all depends on what your skills are and your location.

If you enjoy working with your hands,a postion as a central office technician working on the frame whould appeal to you.It involves wiring .. if you like working with both your hands and head the same title is available working on t1 and above equipment .. jobs require test.
