                                                          Try and see if you can find info about Usher's workout. I saw a piece about him once that he was working out using only his own body weight and he could do it anywhere. So push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, leg lifts, etc. At one point he did a handstand against a wall and started doing push ups upside down. Cool.
