Tomatoe's Restaurant serves California cuisine. The menu mainly consists of asian, american, italian fusion and a twist on traditional dishes. All dishes are rich in flavor with emphasis on the sauce and seasoning. Fish and sushi rolls are also a main portion of the restaurant's menu, with a very great selection of traditional japanese rolls.

It's a style from the 90s called 'Asian-California Fusion.' It means they use a lot of domestic staples with Asian sauces, seasoning and preparation, and vice versa. You'll find traditional fare like filet mignon and lobster, but they're best known for their signature dishes. Try the lollipop chicken as an appetizer.
