What kind of exercises can i do for speed and agility?

I want to be a professional football player.

You will definitely need tons of cardio, running. To build speed run with ankle weights. To improve you agility run sideways (crossovers) along with using the ankle weights.

Anaerobic exercise is great for increasing you muscle endurance. The idea is the weight yourself down and increase your resistance during regular training so that during actually game play with out the extra weight you can move much quicker. Keep regular weight training to a minimum, because large bulky heavy muscles may actually slow you down.
