You should take your son to his pediatrician, and address your concerns with the physician. The pediatrician can then make a referral to a specialist, if necessary.
I'd start with my pediatrician or general practitioner; if that is unsuccessful then go to a licensed psychiatrist who specializes in childhood mental disorders. If that fails, then a neurologist.
