My favorite is "Carol of the Bells" by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. I love it because it has such a beautiful melody AND it is metal! My second favorite is non-standard (in a way). It is "Oh Holy Night"-sung by Eric Cartman from South Park. He is shocked with a cattle-prodder when he gets lyrics wrong!

Personally my favorite Christmas song is "Grandma got ran over by a reindeer". Not a very traditional song, but growing up I remember singing it on Christmas with my brother.
