It sounds as though the dog may have an urinary tract infection or some kidney/bladder issues going on. I'd definitely take him to the vet.

He may have an infection, bladder or kidney problem. It is important that you take him to a vet for a professional evaluation as some of the possibilities may be life-threatening.

Your puppy is having a urinary infection and should be taken to a vet for proper advice, take your pup out for long walks and keep your surroundings clean, water should be given in regular short intervals.

He likely has a urinary tract infection. Urinating in places he doesn't normally, like in the house, urinating frequently and a strong smell are all signs of an infection, though it could also be stones or crystals. He needs to see a vet as soon as possible to receive treatment.

If this is something new with him you might want to contact your vet and see what they have to say about it because thats is really not normal at all the vet may have to do some testing to find out what the real problem is because the symptoms can be caused by alot of things.

Take your dog to the vet because it sounds like the dog has some type of infection. The pee smell is internal and the incontinent could be urinary infection.
