white washing is nothing but painting the building with paint or powder types work. It keeps the place neat and clean after we white wash.

White washing means washing the walls and roof of the house with lime water. First remove dust from the walls and that from the roof. Then put about 30 kg of limestone in sufficient water. The limestone would itself dissolve into water after some time and then with the help of brush, do coating of the walls as in painting.

Painting on wall of a house is white washing. The lime has a purifying action, kills germs. Look of the house will be beautiful after white washing. The color of the white wash may be selected according to your floor and to your taste. The walls with old white wash should be scrubbed or washed off first before doing a fresh one
