You are paying for something that might or might not happen. It will cover lines in and out of your house for, electricity, gas, water and sewers. Before I do this, check with your insurance company to see of any of this would be covered under your insurance policy.

The concept is sound but their prices are high and they don't have a particularly good track record with the BBB. you might research similar products from reputable contractors.
