John wanamaker did not make any furniture at all. wanamaker was the large department store in New York and Philadelphia and sold articles made by number of independend manufacturers. Wanamaker was a high end store. The chance of quality is good but the label has no guarentee. Each piece depends.

John Wanamaker did not, infact, manufacture any furniture. John Wanamaker was the name of a high-class department store. They sold much furniture that was very fine and certainly of value today; however, each piece would have to be appraised seperately.

John Wanamaker was not a furniture maker company but it is a department store in New York and Philadelphia. The stores would purchase furniture from other makers and relabelled. Since the quality is pretty good, the value of the furniture is extremely high

That would depend on the specific pieces you have, and their condition. A more specific answer requires a far more specific question.

I have not seen any single piece of John Wanamaker furniture go for more than $1000. It depends on what furniture you own and the condition of them. I checked an auction website and saw a John Wanamaker Cherry 4 Drawer Dresser going for $225 and a John Wanamaker Cherry Chest of Drawers for $250.

I have a Cedar Chest that belonged to my mother. Was given to her by my aunt around 1945 as a Wedding present. It is claw footed Chippendale style signed by John Wanamaker in excellent condition

I googled John Wanamaker and found his items sell between $500 and $1000. You can find them at auctions on ebay. That would give you a starting point for pricing.
