Check ebay where several are offered, including a set of 10 for $13 and an original for $40 and another for $99. Depends on what people are willing to pay.

Many prayer card's were issued when JFK was killed. All Catholic churches passed out copies of the original issue. The value depends on the condition, desirability, if it's an original and availability (run). Go to CollectorsWeekly(dot)com for info.
