Yes it is possible , but also almost impossible. The modifications that you have to make on the car to run it on ethanol are very expensive and it takes a great deal of time , not to mention you need to see a specialist.

Running a Land Rover on 100% ethanol is a challenge. In fact 10% ethanol blending to fuels are acceptable, though a 15% or 20% ethanol mixing can be economic and might not harm your vehicle. However a long term research is required to know the outcome of using 100% ethanol.

Yes you can. However if it is fuel injected you'll need to change fuel pump and all related gaskets that contact the ethanol. If it is carburated replace all rubber hoses and also prepare to replace fuel pumps quite often. Also, prepare to have less power because ethanol contains less energy than standard unleaded fuel.

It is possible to run most any engine on ethanol. However it may not be worth changing due to the cost of conversion. Since straight ethanol is a much stronger solvent than traditional fuel a lot of stuff must be replaced. Including hoses, fuel injecters, fuel pump, amoung other things.

It is possible to run your vehicle on ethanol. However it will need to be converted. Depending on the model it can be converted by you or may need a shop to convert it. The fuel system must be modified to handle the new fuel and can be complicated.
