What is the value of a 1960 penny?

I don't think their worth that much. I always get some 1960 pennies or so in my change but that doesn't mean they are worth something. Yeah I mean they could be worth something to someone who collects coins. So what you can do is take the coins to the antique shop.

Unfortunately, the value of a penny is just that...a penny. Attempting to sell a 1960 penny for more than 1/100th of a dollar would not go over well with coin enthusiasts.

Unless a 1960 penny is in absolute mint condition, a 1960 penny is only worth a penny today. There is no reason to sell a penny for a penny.
