The older the coin is the more valuable it is. Check out the coin collector's guide to see if that penny has Lincoln's head turned in the wrong direction. Those pennies were made in error and are very valuable. I think you can probably get at least a thousand dollars for them.

The penny used in 1952 has received a really striking value at the present, which could be approximately $189. However, the coin will have to be in a good condition or the coin would not worth that amount.
