If you have a cyst on your face i would first suggest seeing a dermatologist to confirm that it is in fact a cyst. Once confirmed they will tell you treatment options which may include cutting them off.

A basic treatment for a ailment such as this is a general and broad spectrum of antibiotics to prevent infection, swelling and general pain. You might also consider using Icy-hot pads, a wonderful item for it's cost, and consider visiting a doctor for a follow up should the pain-levels increase.

We have to wash the face area regularly where the cyst is located with soap and water and pat it dry with clean towel so that dust,dirt can't accumulated.
