It's generally made from Vanilla Vodka, White Chocolate Liqueur and a splash of Amaretto with half & half. Some use chocolate shavings or chocolate syrup on the the glass for a garnish.

But this drink creeps up on you because you think that you are drinking a glass of chocolate milk. So watch out.
