Most stylist would suggest that you wait at least a month to allow your hair time to repair itself from any damage done from the perm.

You should not have two processes at the same time. For best results and to prevent damage to the hair coloring should be applied at least 2 weeks after a perm. Use a semi-permanent color (2 weeks). However, consult a hairstylist, he or she may recommend a rinse if you want a perm and coloring at the same sitting.

the time limit to dye hair after getting a perm is first wash your hair and keep it oil free. Then apply the dye on the hair and leave it for two-three hours. Then wash your hair. Read the instructions

I would recommend that you wait at least a week and make sure that the perm sets good in your hair before you put color in your hair or do anything with it.
