What is the statute of limitations on jumping a property bond?

Contact the County Clerk Office in the courthouse where the property bond was filed. Another suggestion is to contact the bonding company itself. Either one of these places will be able to give you an accurate answer where obviously none of us was able to :-)

I have absolutely no clue since I don't know where you live but I think you would be best off going to the library and checking there or perhaps contact the police department non-emergency line. Usually they are more than happy to help with answers especially if you are student.

From what I have researched the statute of limitations on jumping property bonds appears to be about 10 years in most instances. This possibly could change from state to state. The states that follow this were Georgia, Florida, New York and Illinois that I could find at this time.
