What is the statute of limitations in NC for supplying to minors?

It's not clear what you mean by "supplying to minors." If you mean supplying alcohol, that's a Class 1 misdemeanor in North Carolina. Under North Carolina law, malicious misdemeanors (any class) have no statute of limitations. All other misdemeanors have a 2 year statute of limitation under current NC law.

In the above question you didnt mention what to be supplied. Any how in North California supplying to minors depend upon the factors what they supplied and to whom they supplied. if they supply things like cigars and alcohol they will be punished for 5 years according to rules in court.

The statute of limitations in North Carolina for supplying alcohol to minors is two years. The two year statute of limitations applies to all misdemeanors in NC.

There are various laws with different statutes, depending on what was supplied and to whom. Providing beer to a 17-year old is far different than providing cocaine to a 13-year old. NC law is available online with regard to specifics in these matters.
