I tore the tendon in my shoulder while playing football and would like to know what kind of treatment they will do to rehab it.

If the tear is minor or partial they will simply immobilize the arm and put you on rest. If there is a total rupture, then they might have to operate!

They will do tons of range of motion on it and the pain it causes when they do it is out of this world there is no nice way to put that.

1 month complete rest is needed and the torn muscle must be treated witn ice packs. RICE is the treatment, RICE is Reduction, Ice, Compression and Elevation.
