Five weeks - parvovirus. Six weeks - combination - adenovirus, hepatitis, distemper, parainfluenza, and parvovirus. Twelve weeks - combination vaccination as above. Some vaccines are given as dictated by circumstances.

A puppy that has a mother that have healthy immune system most likely receive antibodies from his mothers milk. A standard puppy can receive a series of vaccinations starting at the age of 6-8 weeks after intervals, but also veterinarian must administer 3 vaccinations at 3-4 weeks intervals. The final dose must be administered at the age of 16 weeks.

6 to 10 weeks - 1st Canine Distemper,Infectious Hepatitis and Parvo. - 10 to 12 weeks 2nd Canine Distemper, Infectious Hepatitis and Parvo. 14 to 16 weeks - 3rd Canine Distemper, Infectious hepatitis and Parvo. Canine Distemper, Infectious Hepatitis and Parvo are then given annually. The Rabies shots are administered when the puppy is around 1 year old.

Can be different where you live, so the best thing is to check with your vet. Generally, puppies get 3 shots against diseases and then a shot against rabies. First shot against diseases should be given around 4-5 weeks. Be sure to clean your puppy from intestinal parasites before the shots.
