The spoken tongue of Ancient Egypt was Egyptian. This formed into Demotic about 600 CE and then Coptic. Modern Egyptian/Arabic is spoken today, with the Coptic surviving in Coptic liturgy. Egyptian is the oldest written and spoken language that is still in use in the world today, even if ephemeral.

The spoken tongue of ancient Egypt is, in fact, ancient Egyptian. It bears similarity to ancient Greek, Latin, and Phonecian. Aramaic is a close relative, but the currently spoken arabic bears little resemblance as it is a Semitic language.
