In general, most people say that large feet on a woman mean that she will be tall, whereas small feet mean that she will be short. However, this is not always the case, as with many generalizations. People tend to use this prediction when they are talking about children, i. e. if a child has large feet, she will be tall.

There is no saying. There is a saying that the length of your foot is also the length of your arm between your write and elbow.

No relation... i'm tall(5'10) and i have a friend that is more a less half of my hight but her shoe size is 42 and mine is 38 cm
