Snails, or 'escargots' as they are called in French, can be bought frozen or canned, ready to prepare. Take an individual snail dish per person, place a snail in each recess, and cover with garlic-parsley butter. Bake in hot oven until the butter bubbles and the snails are very hot.

Get a can of escargot, and rinse and drain them. Saute two cloves of garlic in 1/2 cup of butter until cooked. Add escargot and heat. Squeeze in the juice of a lemon. Put in escargot dishes, top with parmesan, and broil until golden brown.

If you buy canned snails at your local grocer along with butter, garlic, and whole mushrooms, you can make easy escargot by de-stemming the mushrooms, placing washed snails in each mushroom cap, melting butter in the microwave (with minced garlic), and pouring butter over the snails. Broil for 5-10 minutes.

Escargot is not something you can make it is a snail what can be done with this item is you can saute with white wine and garlic till its cook once taken out of the shell dip in butter
