If the movie you are trying to play was made recently it may use some components of flash player 10. To fix this visit adobe's website and download the newest version of flash player. This is a good idea because there are many security flaws in flash and the new versions fix these.

brother i think you are using long loop for the script like 10-15 second loops or its also looks like a resolution problem
