Doctors should be addressed as, for example, Dr. John Smith, and attorneys as Mr. John Smith, Attorney at Law. Other professionals should be addressed in accordance with their separate customs.

In the upper left hand corner you write your full name, beneath that write your street address, then beneath that write your city, state, zip.

The the proper way would be to write the sender's name address and city and state on the envelope. This would go to the top on the left. Then in the middle, the recipient's name should be written in the middle of the envelope. After that, the envelope needs to be applied with the correct postage.
