After the sutures are removed, wait three weeks then begin applying cocoa butter twice a day. Patella abrasions from a fall should be kept clean and treated daily with a topical antibiotic cream.

The scar is a very risk one to disappear and you may have to a little change by applying pure olive oil. It vanish the brightness and sometimes it may slowly disappear by applying the olive oil continously, you may have a better results else you may get a better treatment.
