What is the proper abbreviation for "management?"

I'm writing a paper and I don't want to type it over and over.

It is not proper to use abbreviations in the text of a paper. You can set up a macro in your word processor to spell out "management" when you type, say "m2," e.g. You can also use synonyms: leadership, administration, bosses, executives, execs, top brass, directors, employer(s), head, etc. to avoid repeating "management."

I believe the proper abbreviation is Mgmt. Although I have seen it Mgt as well. In my opinion I would stick with Mgmt.
