What is the process of housebreaking pygmy goats?

Unfortunately it is nearly impossible to housebreak a pygmy goat. They are livestock animals and should not live in the house no matter how cute they are. This will be a challenge but we could try rewarding the goat when it goes where we want it. I love that you want to have this goat with you all the time.

I have never known anyone that has house trained any kind of goat I think this will be a huge challenge maybe you can try giving them treats everytime they go where they are suposed to instead of where ever they want to other than that I don't think there is much you can do.

The most basic of training methods involves rewarding your animals when they do something good, going to the bathroom outside for example, and giving them no reward when they do not do the right thing. You should not punish them for doing something wrong because that is part of learning to be housebroken.

It can be done, but it is harder than housebreaking a dog or cat. Better to start when they are young; you can actually use a diaper on them. After they eat, take them to the litter box or paper where you want them to go, or take them outside.

Pygmy goats housebreak just like dogs. They can learn to go in a certain spot or to go outside to go to the bathroom.
