See a doctor immediately. When urine is the color of blood, you likely have internal bleeding. It may be a small tear in the bladder or something more severe.
This is never a good sign! It can be anything from Kidneys to stones to an infection or as bad as internal bleeding. There is no other way around it, go see a Doctor right away.
