There are a few things such as the basic running a hot bath,dinner for two,buying her roses just because it thursday or just watching a movie alone

Whilst she's out cover your bed in rose petals, clean and tidy the house, get a nice movie in, cooke her dinner and light some candles. Other things you can do are take her for a nice walk in the country, go for a holiday in Paris or take a boat trip in Amsterdam.
