The longest word that I know of is Pseudopseudohypoparathyroidism. There are other chemical names that are much longer, but I'm not sure if they are considered.
This can be a bit tricky, for some languages do not use western-style letter, and this can affect the length of the word. However, the longest word in the English language is antidisestablishmentarianism.
