The answer to this question is 18 years old. Until then the parent is still responsible for the child in question. There are a few exceptions; if the child is pregnant then she can get married and be emancipated or if the child is already emancipated the parent is not longer responsible for that child.

You can move out at the age of 18. Any individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited to move out with a few exceptions such as pregnancy or joining a military.
