A contract must include applicable language. This includes the 3-day "cooling off" period for home solicitations and for contracts for future/ongoing services.

Florida has several stipulations in regards to buyers remorse, which is when the buyer changes their mind after a purchase or after a contract has been signed. In Florida, contracts are binding as soon as they are signed unless the services are not being offered anymore.

Floridians have no remorse. They simply buy things and use the excuse of "remorse" to get a refund for their purchases. It is basically renting thins, or using them for a period of time and then returning them claiming buyers remorse. They do this in a chain manner and live for free as much as they can.

You have three days to back out of a contract for ongoing services. You can also get out of a contract for services you no longer need.
