There are no dates to which a PERM can be filed. There is no cutoff date. However there is a limit of 65,000 which when this is reached all PERM applications after this will be rejected. These counts between forms submitted between American Citizens and Immigrants together. So best never to wait to file that paper work!

There is no date up to which you can file a PERM application. However, there is a quota of 65,000 which, when reached, PERM applications will be ignored/rejected. Also, be aware that applications that have been made on behalf of aliens are counted towards the said quota.

It depends on the status of the employment opportunity and your status in immigration. March 2011 seems to be the cutoff date.

PERM applications can be filed until the H-1B cap of 65,000 petitions have been reached, taking into consideration that some may be rejected, denied or withdrawn. Approximately 15,600 had been filed by November 13, 2009. , the most recent government reporting date. Petitions filed on behalf of aliens with advanced degrees now count toward this quota.
