What is the key to providing excellent customer service?

Understanding that every customer should be treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism. It doesn't matter if you are having a bad day or if the customer is being nasty to you. Every customer should be treated like your best friend.

As a customer , i expect from that specific seller sobriety, enough technical knowledge about that service, and of course, mutual respect. There are many things that matters in this domain,including fast support answers , reliability. Customer needs must be anticipated, i expect to meet people with experience, who are trained for this kind of support.

The key to quality customer service is to be able to treat the customer the way that you would want to be treated if the customer were you. Always remember that the customer could be you and ask if you would like to be treated any other way than professionally.

There are many keys to providing great customer service. The first key is that the customer is always right. You must always find ways to yes to the customer before you say no. Next is to always great the customer with a smile and thank them for their business. Say it's my pleasure when they say thank you.
