HR functions having been dated back to 1000 B.C. Way back in 1115 B.C Chinese have used screening techniques. And "the apprentice" system was employed during the medieval times in Greek and Babylonian civilizations.

HR dates back to the first working arrangements between masters and their apprentices. The arrangements between these workers and their apprentices involved extremely close relationships with a strong dedication. Machines have changed this throughout the years.
