The great white shark is an ocean creature. They roam the great expanse of the ocean. There was a time when it was believed that they stayed in only one area of only one ocean, but recent discoveries have proved that their migrations take them much further and they travel among many oceans and across great distances.

The great white shark lives in the ocean. They tend to thrive in the deeper parts of the ocean. However, great white sharks are occasionally seen in other, shallower waters.
